Erkki Talvela has been appointed as the CEO of XO Boats Oy. Erkki Talvela has a long experience in business and management and has very good  knowledge in boating industry. Erkki also knows XO very well being one of the founders of XO Boats Oy and contributing several years to XO’s operations.
